The Taste of the Caribbean is a Startup Peel event to showcase the incredible GTA
food entrepreneurs at City of Brampton Conservatory and Atrium September 27, 2025,
between hours of 10am – 3pm!
The event will be held during City of Brampton Farmers Market.
The event will feature:
 Foods and drinks from Caribbean Islands and countries bordering the Caribbean
Sea
 Special offers from Community partners like Square Payments, HalyconIQ,
Brampton Entrepreneur Centre
All event participants will have their business featured on the Taste of the
Caribbean landing page to drive more business opportunity throughout the year.
All participants will gain access to 3-month subscription access to the Markit IQ
platform with 5 vendors winning marketing credits.
This event is open to everyone to attend!

The countries bordering the Caribbean Sea include island nations and mainland
countries. Island nations include Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Cuba,
Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia,
St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago. Mainland countries with
Caribbean coastlines include Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras,
Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, and Venezuela…
